All purchases on PrimeHalf are final. Please read this carefully before making any payment.

No Refund on Subscriptions

Once you buy a subscription (monthly, quarterly, or yearly) and it is activated, no refund will be given — whether you used the service or not.

No Refund on Premium Features

Any payment for premium features, profile boosts, or add-ons cannot be refunded once activated on your account.

Banned Accounts — No Refund

If your account is banned due to misconduct or violation of our rules, no refund will be given for any unused subscription or credits — even if you were a premium member.

Voluntary Cancellation

If you choose to cancel your subscription or delete your account yourself, you will not receive a refund for the remaining period.

Technical Issues

If a verified technical error on our end stops you from accessing a paid service, we will review it individually. Any resolution will be a service credit, not a cash refund.

Duplicate Payment

If you were accidentally charged twice and we confirm it in our records, contact us within 7 days. We will resolve it at our discretion.
